Empire State Loft

We provided the lime based Venetian plaster application for this Fifth Avenue project in collaboration with KOKO Architecture and Interior Design where the finish selection was Marmoclassic Venetian plaster in various colors. In this fabulous Manhattan co-op the original staircase has been reversed so as you walk up the stairs you see the famous iconic NYC building and its reflection in the high gloss Venetian plaster finish rise up before you.
