Eaglestone Forest, Catskills Region, Hudson Valley installation in conjunction with Jeff Wilkinson R.A. A private upstate residence and retreat timber frame home featuring an indoor lap pool and spa where the finish of choice was our Marmocarrara in a light Grey color. Faena House, Miami, FL Installation
Faena House, North Miami Beach, Miami installation where a custom off-White color was the finish of choice. This Faena District condo has the most fantastic Ocean and Northern views along the Miami, FL coastline.
Trump Tower Fifth Avenue
Trump Tower Fifth Avenue, Manhattan install in conjunction with Split Rock Associates. This very unique duplex condo apartment involved the combination of three apartments into one 3,400 sf’ luxurious duplex residence high in the sky with views that go for miles, with our Marmoclassic being the finish of choice with expansive views up into Stamford, CT, Westchester County and across Central Park.
Southampton Beach House
Southampton beach house, the Hamptons application of approximately 10,000 square feet of surface where we installed several various lime based finishes to different areas including walls, ceilings, ceiling beams and multiple staircases in this ultra modern masterpiece.
Park Avenue Duplex
Park Avenue duplex Upper East Side application where the product of choice was Marmocarrara with a slight Grey tint. This cooperative building is one of the most powerful addresses in the US and some of the nations wealthiest have called this their home at some point or other. We also completed the installation to this families Hamptons vacation home.
Hourglass Cosmetics SoHo
Hourglass Cosmetics SoHo flagship retail store custom installation that included ground basalt in various grain sizes and medium size mica flakes within the Marmocarrara. This project has been one of the very few commercial works we have completed as we focus more on the residential side of our business.
West 14th Street
West 14th Street, Meatpacking district in lower Manhattan application in conjunction with with Bryant Keller Interiors. In the main living area we applied our Marmocombed in a White color, a large decorative mural and gilded a large wall with Palladium leaf for this truly unique one of a kind loft.
Empire State Loft
Empire State loft, Fifth Avenue, Manhattan installation with KOKO Architecture and Interior Design where the finish selection was our very popular Marmoclassic. In this fabulous co-op the original staircase has been reversed so as you walk up the stairs you see the famous Iconic building and its reflection rise up before you.
