We provided the Italian Venetian plaster application for this Manhattan project in collaboration with Split Rock Associates of Florida. This very unique duplex condo apartment involved the combination of three apartments into one 3,400 sf’ luxurious duplex residence, two apartments on one floor and another on the floor above, high in the sky with views that go for miles, with Marmoclassic Venetian plaster being the finish of choice, with expansive views up into Stamford, CT, Westchester County and across Central Park.
